Checked today and it’s already being built, even though it was set for next week. Super pumped!
Same here. My order was set for the week of 11/25, but it’s already in production. Seems like they’re ahead of schedule, which is great.

@Ren
Mine is the same. Ordered the first day possible. I’ve heard it takes about 1.5 weeks to complete. Wondering what the delay is? Also curious about when the manual will drop.

Mine’s been stuck in production for almost a month now.
Wow, you guys are lucky!
The tracker shows ‘In Production’ when the build reaches its Blend Date, usually about a week before actual assembly starts. That’s when parts are assigned.

@Luca
The actual time on the assembly line is just about a day. Extra stuff like bedliners or decals may add a day or two, since subcontractors handle those nearby.
Has anyone with an XL AWD Hybrid gotten a schedule yet?

I ordered an XL Hybrid AWD last week, and I’m scheduled for Dec 30. Hoping the holidays don’t slow things down too much
Just a reminder—‘Built’ means the build is done, not that it’s starting.

True, but Ford doesn’t predict when it’ll be finished, just when production starts. The person who posted this makes a good point—they were told production would start next week, but it’s already started. It’s fair to assume it might finish earlier too.
@Luca
If it changed today, it’s only one day early. In most cases, the schedule reflects completion. Of course, delays for quality checks, parts, etc., can happen too.
@Tate
I went with an XLT and some extras. They probably have different production slots for different trims. Maybe fewer people are ordering higher trims like the Lariat, so XLs and XLTs move faster. Definitely more factors at play, though.
@Olen
Supply chain issues could be a factor too. Components for specific trims or drivetrains might arrive earlier, which could push up production for some orders.

Exactly, it’s not just about when you ordered. Supply chain issues with specific engines or trims can shift timelines. I got the EcoBoost, which is super common, but the hybrid AWD might take longer since it’s newer and could face production delays.
