I’m selling my Ford Maverick, lightly used and in excellent condition. Fully loaded with great features, low mileage, and no issues. Serious inquiries only—no lowballers!
I remember an argument between my mechanic friends about whether the Ford Explorer Sport Trac is essentially a 4-door Ranger. What do y’all think?

Definitely feels like a Ranger with an SUV body mashed into it. Had its own charm, though.
You could technically put a Coyote engine in there. Wouldn’t recommend, but imagine the speed!
My friend had one of these and loved it. He’s still driving it years later!
“No test drives without a deposit” vibes all over this post.
This is part of why we need smaller trucks. The Maverick isn’t exactly tiny, but it’s way more practical than oversized crew cabs with tiny beds.

Agreed. Not everyone needs a massive truck. Small trucks like the Maverick fill a gap for people who want utility without overkill.
Would you trade for a collection of Beanie Babies?
Would you consider a trade for a Honda Ridgeline? Asking for a friend.
Man, I bought mine new for $22k. $40k feels like a stretch even in today’s market.
A V6 Ecoboost swap in an Explorer Sport Trac would be awesome. Imagine the power-to-weight ratio!
