Here’s my 2022 Ford Maverick XLT with a lift and some upgrades. Installed 2-inch Eibach lift springs, 245/70/17 Firestone Destination AT tires, Fifteen52 Traverse MX wheels, and the Leitner Designs ACS Forged Bed Rack with storage accessories. Front clearance is now 11 inches, and side clearance is almost 13 inches. Planning to add a Roofnest tent soon. What do you think of my setup?
Nice truck, but honestly, I wouldn’t have guessed it’s lifted!

That’s the goal! I wanted it to look like a solid truck, not overdone.

Well, you nailed it. The Maverick looks great! I’ve always been a Chevy guy, but I’d definitely consider one of these. It’s super practical.
@Kerry
Thanks! Stock tires on these look ridiculously small, so this feels much better.

Agreed! It looks like this should’ve been the factory setup. If these were around when my Subaru Baja died, I’d probably have one.
Looks awesome! Great job!
Love the compact but tough vibe. What kind of MPG are you getting now with the mods?

Around 23 MPG on average. It varies between 21 and 28 depending on driving conditions.
@Leighton
That’s impressive! My Tacoma wishes it had those numbers.

Your Tacoma has a rear locker though, so there’s some envy here too!

True, but I’d rather save gas money 99% of the time!
This setup looks perfect for hitting forest roads and exploring. It’s what most rigs end up doing anyway.
I’ve been thinking about doing an overland build with a Maverick. The size is perfect for city life, and the price is great too. Hoping they eventually release a full electric version.

They don’t even have a hybrid AWD yet, so a full EV might take a while. But it’s a fun truck for sure.
Cool rig! I couldn’t find a Maverick locally, so I went with an FX2 Ranger. Does the Maverick actually have more interior space?

It does, surprisingly! The interior is slightly bigger than the Ranger, even though the bed is smaller.

That’s impressive! Makes it way more capable off-road.
