I want to tint my newborn, but I’m not sure what the best shade is. What percentage of tint do some of you have, I wonder?
Since I live in California, I am aware that every state has different laws.

25% front and 5% back is ideal for me.
I regret going with 50% on the front windshield and wish I had gone with 35% instead, just my two cents. I did 15% tint everywhere else. The 50% does offer some privacy when the rest is dark enough, but not as much as I was hoping for. It really depends on where you live, some cities ticket for tint the moment they see it, while others, like mine, don’t really care.
Just now, my driver’s and passenger side windows had 35% ceramic on them. I don’t regret anything.
25 front windows are left. Everything is ceramic. This is the path.
Isn’t 80 percent totally visible from the exterior? Being a nonconformist, I simply had never previously colored a car. I have always driven shittier beaters.
80 is rather obvious. The ceramic’s UV protection is the main idea.
The tint percentage refers to the amount of light that passes through.
