Why do people buy sports cars if they never take them to the track? Trucks look good, and people like them.
Don’t buy it. The average price is $29,500, and after taxes, you’re looking at over $30k. That defeats the whole point of an entry-level truck. Add dealer markups, and it’s not worth it.

The hybrid isn’t taking orders for 2022 anymore, but you can still order a base model and lock in the MSRP. Sure, many are adding trims and options, but that’s their choice. My Lariat with some extras is about $28,000, but I could’ve ordered the base XL for much less.
