No rear window defrost! How is this not standard? Do any trims come with it?
I live in a subtropical climate. We don’t get snow, but we have high humidity, and this time of year, it’s super foggy. The defrost setting is crucial to clear up condensation and fog on the windows.

Pretty sure I’ve never seen a truck with rear window defrost. Didn’t know that was a thing for trucks.

I had it on my last two trucks before switching to the Maverick.

I know F150s have it, and maybe the new Rangers too. My cabin heats up quick, so rear defrost isn’t really a big deal for me.

Mine’s for the humidity and fog. Front clears fast, but my back window stays fogged up even after 30 minutes of driving.

Yeah, I get that. I’m in a low-humidity area, so it’s not as big of an issue for me. My old Wrangler had rear defrost, and I do miss that.

It’s been brutal here lately! We’re at 80 degrees and 80% humidity even at night. The air feels thick and sticky.

I remember Florida humidity well—definitely not fun!

This is my first truck, so I wasn’t sure. My past cars and SUVs always had it. Driving 30 minutes without being able to see out the back isn’t ideal.

They make scrapers for that.

I don’t have ice here—just humidity and fog. We need defrost for all the condensation that builds up.

Guess you’re in a dry climate? Here on the Gulf Coast, just two people in the truck fogs everything up!

Nope, I’m in New England and park outside. Never had an issue with rear window fogging.

Yeah, it’s different down here. It’s so humid that even the house windows fog up in the morning.

I don’t really use my rear window anyway, mostly just keep an eye on stuff in the bed.

Wait—you don’t look out the back window?

Nah, side mirrors do the job for me.
