I know it’ll never happen, but I’d love to see a two-door version with AWD and a hybrid option.
Imagine a two-door with a longer bed and a bench seat.

If they call it a Ranchero, I’m all in.

Or maybe call it a Manchero?

Would that make it a car-truck? Cruck? Twuck? Cwuck?

It’s just a Ute. Check this out on Wiki.
Yes, a two-door with a 6-foot bed is exactly what I would’ve bought.
Take out the back seats, make the bed bigger, add AWD and hybrid… I’d buy another one right away.
A 6-foot bed? Sign me up!

Why stop at 6 feet? A bed big enough for 4x8 sheets would be even better!
When are they making a dually version of this truck?
Just buy the AWD hybrid and remove two doors yourself. Problem solved!
They already made that. It’s called an El Camino.
I’ve owned three Chevy S10s with two doors and 6-foot beds. I love my Maverick, but those old S10s were perfect. My favorite was my ‘84 manual 4WD with the 6-cylinder engine.
Maybe four doors are twice as good though?
