I have a 2022 Maverick with 25k miles, and it runs like a dream. Recently, we have been experiencing some extreme heat here in California, with temperatures reaching up to 105°F. I love that I can use the Ford app to start my Maverick 10 minutes before I finish work. It turns on the AC and cools the truck down before I get in, definitely my favorite feature, It’s been hilarious watching my coworkers struggle with the heat as they get into their cars. One of them is smart and opens his doors while sitting on his trunk and removing his work boots, but the others are not so lucky . Another colleague even asked me today how I manage to get into my truck after it’s been baking in the sun all day.
I was a big fan of cruise control on my old, reliable Fusion.
When I discovered that the cruise control on my truck not only maintains distance from the car ahead but also keeps me in my lane, essentially driving itself, I was hooked.
My check engine light is incredibly trustworthy. Arrives around every three weeks, lasts for two or three days, and then disappears. Next week is the fifth trip to the dealership. They’ll hand me the keys back, switch it off provided it’s back on by then, and we will repeat the entire process. I am so glad you are all content with yours. My vehicle is a contemporary Chevette.
