Pretty sure it’s just reflective vinyl, no paint involved.

Yeah, 3M reflective vinyl works for that effect.

Just Google reflective tailgate letters, you’ll see tons of options.

I went with the hybrid. Had to custom order it since hybrids in that color weren’t available in Canada.

It’s basically a rubberized layer they spray on the bottom of the car to prevent rust. Living up here in northern Canada, we deal with a ton of snow, ice, and road salt, so it’s a good way to protect against rust.
I’ve got the Atlas Blue and added the raised black letters from Amazon… couldn’t be happier with how it looks.
